1. Service Agreements & SLAs

Enterprise deployments of SchoolPal Universe, BrainBox ERP, MandatePartner.com, and HR-Partners.ng operate under customized Enterprise Service Level Agreements guaranteeing 99.99% uptime with 24/7 SRE monitoring.

2. Intellectual Property

All core platforms, algorithms, and documentation are the proprietary property of E-Business & Digital Infrastructures Limited (RC 1849204).

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
